TerminaLink Terms of Service

Effective date: 22 September 2026.

Tall Tree Digital provides TerminaLink. These terms cover the website, local service, MCP relay and related services. Contact support@terminalinkmcp.com for help, billing questions and privacy requests.

Authorized use

Use TerminaLink only with computers, accounts, networks and data you own or have permission to access. Follow applicable laws, workplace rules, software licences and third-party terms. Do not use it for unauthorized access, malware, credential theft, interference with other systems or evasion of access controls.

Machine access

Commands use a workspace sandbox by default. Select a workspace and a supported network mode. An unsupported protected operation is rejected; it is not rerun with unrestricted access. Platform capabilities are described on the Security page.

Host Observation uses fixed diagnostic operations. Exact host-file reads require your separate approval where supported. Full system access is off by default and requires explicit, temporary dashboard approval. It uses the local service account's normal operating-system permissions, not automatic Administrator or root access. Expiry cannot undo earlier changes or remove persistence created by a command.

Commands can read, change, transmit or delete accessible data, install software and start or stop programs. Review actions, protect credentials and keep backups. You are responsible for the access you grant and the systems you connect.

Free plan

Free includes 10,000 tool calls per month with no payment required. The allowance resets on the first day of each month at 00:00 UTC. It is shared across the account's devices. Accepted tool calls submitted for forwarding count, including commands that later fail. Calls rejected at the quota limit do not run or increase the count. Checking usage through the dashboard or CLI does not consume a tool call.

A warning starts at 8,000 calls. After 10,000 calls, wait for the reset or choose Unlimited. Unused calls do not carry over.

Unlimited plan and renewal

Unlimited costs US$18/month for unlimited TerminaLink tool calls, billed monthly in US dollars. There is no monthly tool-call cap. Applicable taxes are added and the total is shown before payment. Stripe processes payments; TerminaLink does not receive your full payment-card details.

The subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. The billing portal shows invoices and the renewal date. Payment failures can return the account to Free until payment and subscription status are resolved. Unlimited does not remove command timeouts, output or concurrency limits, security controls, abuse prevention, or another service's limits, including ChatGPT limits.

Cancellation

Cancel in the dashboard's billing portal before renewal to prevent the next charge. Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, with Unlimited access continuing until then. Stopping or uninstalling the local service does not cancel the subscription. An active subscription must end before account deletion.

Refunds

You can request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of that payment. Email support@terminalinkmcp.com from the account email and include the invoice reference, not payment-card details. A first-payment refund ends the paid subscription and returns the account to Free when processed. The refund goes to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.

For later payments, contact us about duplicate charges, billing errors or service failure. These requests are reviewed individually. Ordinary cancellation does not automatically refund a payment. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

Accounts and security

Protect your sign-in account and paired devices. Do not share device credentials or tokens. Revoke a device in the dashboard if it is lost or compromised, and rotate affected credentials. Revocation blocks further relay access but cannot undo actions already performed.

Privacy and support

The Privacy notice explains data handling and deletion controls. Commands and output pass through the relay in memory and are not intentionally retained there as command history. Other services and commands you run can retain data under their own rules.

Support is available at support@terminalinkmcp.com. There is no guaranteed response time or 24-hour coverage. Do not use support for emergency response.

Availability and changes

We may suspend access for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal requirements or material breach of these terms. We give reasonable notice of material changes where practical. Updated terms carry a new effective date. Changes do not remove rights that the law protects.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as available, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every environment or a particular command result. Terminal actions can have irreversible effects.

To the extent permitted by law, Tall Tree Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of TerminaLink. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
